Your evening begins with a 1-hour sea-kayak tour led by Ocean River's expert guides. With the guidance of local wild seaweed harvester and marine biologist, Amanda Swinimer, discover and learn about the remarkable diversity of local seaweeds growing along Oak Bay.
Then, arrive at Mary Tod Island where chef Colton Armstrong-Ashley with his wilderness kitchen will welcome you for a 6-course pescatarian meal featuring seven of Amanda's wild-foraged seaweeds and other locally-sourced ingredients. A unique fine dining experience in nature celebrating Vancouver Island’s natural bounty.
